J. Team has all the necessary tools to clean your newly constructed or renovated residence. We specialize in the cleaning of newly built homes and after construction site clean ups. Our insured and thoroughly trained staff try their utmost best to satisfy your new home owners.
We have a two or three step program we offer:
1st Clean
Sweep storage spaces, dust water heater
Clean all windows inside
Remove all paint/glue/stickers from glass
Clean all window tracks and remove residue
Clean all window sills and frames
Clean all bathtubs and tub surrounds, shower stalls, sinks and toilets
Wipe down cabinets and vanity tops
Clean inside cabinets and drawers
Clean doors and frames
Remove dust from baseboards and all woodwork
Sweep and Vacuum floors
Re-Clean
Clean all woodwork (doors, frames, baseboards)
Clean all vanities, vanity mirrors, toilets etc.
Remove all labels from fixtures
Clean all cabinets and shelves (inside and out).
Remove construction residue, dust
Clean out all drawers, closets and countertops
Dust all fireplaces
Clean light fixtures and switches
Clean all sinks, tubs, and shower stalls
Polish stainless steel appliances
Sweep, Vacuum and mop floors
Vacuum all carpeted areas
Closing Clean
Cleaning Wipe off countertops, windowsills, vacuum carpets where necessary
Dust, mop floors
Clean toilets, tubs, sinks
Re-polish stainless appliances
Check windows/mirrors for smudges
Note: Touch up is only necessary if area has been contaminated by construction dust or by finishing’s.
This step is usually done prior to homeowner moving in.
Note:
Please have painters remove all tape from hinges and hardware before final clean. Stickers to be removed from newly installed windows that are un-reachable.
We work with you….
Site Supervisors/Finishing Supervisors
- We work directly with all finishing supers on site to ensure we have all the schedules in place.
- We meet with the site super on a regular basis, go over upcoming homes, and discuss issues on site.
- All schedules are sent out to crews on a weekly basis.
- All houses are inspected when cleaning is completed
- After service work orders are completed within 1 week or sooner
Model Homes/Sales offices
- We provide service to all the model home/sales office each week. Our residential division looks after all the needs of maintaining the model homes. This ensures all your potential homeowners are always walking through a clean environment
